The Holistic Healer’s Journey

Once upon a time… LOL. Yea, it was that long ago… my journey into metaphysics, holistic life coaching and energy healing began right after undergrad. Still feeling empty because I thought I was supposed to have it “figured out” with a degree, I went down row after row, in a public library, looking for some type of direction. Stumbling across Buckminster Fuller’s “Cosmography” I got excited and started down an exciting curiosity journey of sacred geometry, Eastern philosophies and healing modalities, quantum physics, and anything metaphysical I could get my hands on. Over the years, that curiosity evolved into a mastery of healing arts - blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to help others step into their power, find their balance, and embrace the highest version of themselves…
